Shipping policy


Each TOMCSANYI garment is produced on demand to reduce waste and avoid overproduction. This means your order is made especially for you after purchase.

Production time: ~3 weeks (up to 4 weeks during busy periods)
Shipping: 3–10 working days (international) / 3–7 days (Hungary)

 

Production Time

Production of each piece begins once your order is placed.

Estimated production time: approximately 3 weeks
During collection launches, sale periods or other high-demand times, the production and delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks.

Once production is completed, your order will be handed over to our shipping partners within 48 hours.


Order Processing
We process orders on weekdays between 9 AM – 4 PM, excluding national holidays.
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed within the next two working days.

Please note that during collection launches and promotional periods, there may occasionally be slight delays in order processing.

Due to the dynamic nature of our inventory, it may rarely happen that an item listed as available on the webshop becomes unavailable. In such cases, our customer service will contact you via email to discuss possible solutions or refunds.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated shipping time: 3–10 working days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping rates vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

We do not assume liability for lost or stolen packages once the shipment has been handed over to the courier.


DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN HUNGARY)
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Estimated shipping time within Hungary: 3–7 working days.

Available delivery options:

• Home delivery via GLS (free of charge)
• Personal pick-up at our Budapest showroom
