SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

ORDER PROCESS
We process orders on weekdays, from 9 AM to 4 PM, excluding national holidays. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed within the next two working days. Please note that during collection launches and promotional events, slight delays in order processing may occur.

Please be aware that our inventory changes rapidly, and occasionally, items listed as available on the webshop may be out of stock. In such cases, our customer service will promptly contact you via email to discuss potential modifications to your order and provide refund details. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email confirmation for your international order. Delivery typically takes between 3-10 working days, depending on the shipping destination.

Shipping rates for international orders vary by country. Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs duties, for which the customer assumes responsibility upon delivery.

We do not assume liability for any lost or stolen packages.

DOMESTIC ORDERS (WITHIN HUNGARY)
Upon dispatch, an email confirmation will be sent for your domestic order. Delivery within Hungary typically takes between 3-7 working days, depending on the shipping address.

For domestic orders, you have two options:

- Free home delivery via GLS
- Personal pick-up at our Budapest downtown showroom (Király utca 110., 1068 Budapest, Hungary)

We do not assume liability for any lost or stolen packages.

RETURNS

Changed your mind? You may return items purchased online within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions: Items discounted by more than 30% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please ensure that returned items are unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

In the event of a defective or damaged product, return shipping costs will be refunded together with the product price.
For all other returns, shipping costs — as well as any applicable duties or customs fees — are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

SALE ITEMS

Items discounted by more than 30% are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Alterations to discounted items are available upon request and are subject to an additional tailoring fee.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned item(s).

Within 14 days of delivery, you may:

  • Exchange your item for a different size or style (subject to availability), or
  • Receive a gift card for the value of the returned item, redeemable online at any time.

Items discounted by more than 30% are not eligible for exchange.

To arrange an exchange, please contact us at customer@tomcsanyi.eu before sending your item.

Return shipping costs and any applicable duties/customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products.
